Shipping Policy

At Marche, we want your order to reach you smoothly. Here's what to expect.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan, regardless of order size or destination. Some areas that require a specific courier, or special courier requests, may carry additional charges.

Shipping Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Times may vary with location, weather, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery can't be completed because of an incorrect address or no available recipient, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery.
